I have worked with Carolina Flooring & Roofing for myself and various clients who need roof inspections, roof repairs, and adding caps over vents to prevent birds from getting access. Dave has help to educate me throughout the process of roofing installation, how building inspectors don’t do a deep dive on the roof installed on new construction homes, and how roofing needs to be installed per the roof shingles manufacturer recommendations. I also learned that getting a new roof doesn’t automatically mean you get a roof warranty. Such as the installer has to be one of the manufactures approved installers, and the warranty paperwork submitted. Same goes with transferring warranties – paperwork has to be completed within 30 days of closing. What I also appreciate is that their roof inspection includes his crew getting on the roof and attempting to lift shingles to see if they are loose (something a drone inspection won’t catch). He’s always responsive and helpful. I appreciate them.
